Adam Freeman.

Adam Freeman was raised in Alaska and has called the Northern Sierra home for nearly thirty years. Twenty of those years in Truckee. His life has been shaped by mountain landscapes, the rivers that carve them, a close circle of trusted friends, and a lifelong commitment to doing things the right way.

A carpenter by trade, Adam spent years building and caring for exceptional homes, working alongside renowned custom home builders throughout Truckee and Lake Tahoe. The discipline of fine carpentry taught him patience, precision, and an appreciation for the details few people ever notice. Those principles continue to shape every home entrusted to his care.

Beyond the craft, Adam has served as a firefighter and paramedic, a professional ski patroller, and an international Class V river guide. Also with over 500 hours of studentship in yoga teacher training under Janet Stone, furthering his desire to promote health and wellness in our community. Each role demanded the same qualities: calm judgment under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to earn trust when it matters most. Today, those same qualities define his approach to estate stewardship.

Freeman Estate Care was created to bring that standard of care to a select group of homeowners throughout the Lake Tahoe region. More than property management, it is a commitment to thoughtful oversight, trusted relationships, and proactive care that protects not only exceptional homes, but the peace of mind of the people who own them.
